Hi Paul,
I was reading in the appendix of Barbara's book where she listed all of Ted's lesson charts by tittle and date.
Some tittles looked very intriguing.

Complete Normal Vocab. for 20th Cent. (Max Steiner) sounds 11-26-74

Chromatic & Semi Chromatic Harmonization and Approach Chords Studies 9-1-85

Voice Switches 2 pgs 3-20-76

On page 241 in the appendix there is a section called Modulation.
There are 15 tittles that all look real good.

Actually the more I look....

My best to you.

Hi Keith,
Okay, I've got the pages you requested on my "to-do" list and will work on readying them for posting.
However, the "Voice Switches" pages really need a LOT of work to make them legible and intelligible.  I'll put that on the back burner...unless other people express an interest in getting these.
In the meantime, you might want to check out Mark Levy's recorded lesson with Ted for 1992-07-20.  In it they discuss Voice switches (or voice swapping):
http://www.tedgreene.com/audio/audio_LessonsWithMarkLevy.asp

I wanted to get a better handle on voice switching, so I created a sheet based on that recording and and posted it in my "From Students" section here:
http://www.tedgreene.com/images/lessons/students/PaulVachon/VoiceSwitchingFromTedGreene_1992-07-20_RecordingWithMarkLevy.pdf

Several of the "Modulation" pages you pointed out have already been posted in the "Harmony & Theory" section:
http://www.tedgreene.com/teaching/harmony.asp
...at least, the most instructive of them.  The others will require some transcribing, since they are difficult to read.

Thanks for the requests.
I'll do my best to get these posted.

Also, I discuss voice switching briefly in my V-System chapter Conversions (http://www.tedgreene.com/images/lessons/v_system/20_Conversion_.pdf) where Ted called it "voice swapping."

My chapter, in turn, is referencing the brief mention of "voice swapping" in Ted's
http://www.tedgreene.com/images/lessons/v_system/V-System_Conversion_Methods_1989-02-04and2003-06-19.pdf.

See also, Ted's Transformation of One Style Voicing Into Another: http://www.tedgreene.com/images/lessons/v_system/Transformation_of_One_Style_Voicing_into_Another.pdf.
In other words, Ted connected the idea of voice switching to transforming a chord from one V-System voicing group to another.

Keith,
We posted the page you requested on the "Complete Normal Vocabulary for 20th Century (Max Steiner) Sounds" in the Harmony & Theory section:

So one down......
