Can someone tell me why in this arrangement there are multiple instances where chords charts are empty? E and Esus, for example. Thanks.

Hey Lance,
I can't agree with kontiki more....not because of my write-up, but because the "From Students" section has a ton of Ted's arrangements, many of which are much easier to follow than the original page.  
When I'm working on one of Ted's pages I spend a lot of time making it to be as legible and easy-to-follow as I can, while at the same time trying to retain the purity of Ted's material, free from my distortions (or, if I do make changes I indicate them as such).  
Hope you can get some good mileage from this.
