Hey Everyone!

Do any of you have any good warm-up exercises, for when you are going to play say...a 2-4 hour gig? [smile] I feel that my hand hurts the first 2 or 3 songs (naturally) but it really lowers the quality of the sound.

Any help would be appreciated,
Frederik Max

It could also be a Ted Greene, that was great for warming up purposes? [smile]

Hi Frederik,
Maybe this isn't what you're looking for, but here is a thread and a Ted sheet that is exercises for stretching the hands:

Hope that helps!
