Anders Hagstrom transcription of Tea for Two in the student section, what is the source of this? What recording is it from?

BTW, I was playing through it today and noticed that the chord diagram for the A7 at very the top of page 3 is not correct.
Here is the correct form that fits the notation:

A7 - V-1, first inversion.jpg   It's a V-1 first inversion.
Anders' TAB is correct.
