Sorry the site that hosted this PDF is gone so here's the new link I will update the post as well. You don't have to subscribe as I'm focusing on jazz improv now. http://willkriski.com/transcription-baroque-improvisation-part-1-by-ted-greene/

Hi Will!
I can't seem to find the pdf on your site. Am I too late to the party?
Kind regards, Jonas

Hey Will, do you have any more of teds baroque stuff transcribed? I think I remember reading in a YouTube comment that you were working on some additional sections. I'm considering attempting some transcribing of part 4. There is some really great stuff there. Is anyone else interested? A joint effort might be fun.

I'm not sure if this thread is still being viewed but I'll keep trying[smile]
I've got a decent amount of part 2 transcribed. I'm just wondering if anyone is interested on collaborating with me. I'd like to get parts 2,4&5 all transcribed and looking as good as Wills efforts on part 1. These videos are the most amazing lessons ever filmed IMO and deserve some attention.

I'm interested and follow this thread.  You're transcribing for 100 generations, not just us. Nothing could be a greater gift to Ted, or to us either of course.

Hi TG forum. I know it's been several years but I am interested in getting back to work on transcribing the baroque videos. I did get a couple minutes worth down on paper before my life changed and I no longer had time for hobbies. Things are just starting to get a bit easier so I am ready to pick this back up. I will clean up what I have and post it in case anyone is interested. Maybe it will inspire someone to collaborate! Part 4 is daunting but is also a goldmine full of examples. I am using the software called Transcribe. I convert YouTube to mp3 then import into transcribe which allows me to slow down the audio without changing pitch. It does not remain linked to the video so a bit of back and forth is needed to make sure I'm in the correct position. Anyway stay tuned if you're interested. Ideally I will assimilate some of the Magic by osmosis throughout the process :)
