Will,
This is really great. Thanks for doing this!
Baroque improvisation is a subject that is very mysterious to me, but Ted's materials and this transcript will shed some light into that darkness!

Glad you like my offering to the forum, it was a ton of work! At a high level I see it as creating a chord progression and melody (chord melody) on the fly using common progressions (I V, IV V I, cycle of fifths, etc) with melody in either lower or higher voices. One site mentions creating a structure of static harmony (I to IV or V) for a while then dynamic (cycle of fourths, modulations, etc) then back to static.

Even Ted mentioned how a lot of it is combining previously practiced phrases/patterns. I'm developing an approach and compiling everything into my baroque course as well.

Glad you're enjoying it and thanks for your donation! I plan to do others and have already gotten through some of them (other than part 1, mostly 2 and 4 have gems). If you have any questions about the lesson please let me know as I've analyzed it quite a bit.

I would be interested in reviewing you Baroque lesson transcription, but it looks like tahoebrian5 was unsuccessful in locating it (as per the note on your webpage).
