ROFL...

This is just how I remember Ted's pad...
LOL

I was sometimes more puzzled at the "amount of stuff" in there than what he would show me on the guitar... LOL

Thanks Barbara...

I only saw the apt once, so didn't see the progression.  I was somewhat blown away when I walked in.  I almost lost my camera battery in their, but we found it..

Hi Dan Sawyer,
My arms are out in that one photo because we spent the entire day & night organizing & cleaning just that ONE room and I am displaying the results! IT WAS THE ENORMITY OF THE TASK!!!! I was soooo tired. B.

Some of Ted's favorite Guitars

Banana, a '54 that Ted obviously modified. She was a main staple when it came to playing at seminars or restaurants, because as Ted put "she is always reliable"
Ted could essentially depend on her to for the "perfect sound" when all others could be problematic.

From L to R

Banana, Luscious& Gigi (Guild X550 & X500) Ruby (Starfire) Savannah(Granada) Woodrow & Mambo (Jazzmasters)

Here is Ted enjoying two of his favorite activities: eating and reading. Ted declined many invitations from others to eat out; meet for lunch or dinner, simply because he preferred to, actually loved to, read & write while eating.

A very young Ted & Barbara (1993) having a lovely day.
I moved this from another section, just trying to straighten up a bit. You will soon begin to realize some continuity in these rather confounding forums.

In respect to "Banana". I had started to wonder why Ted is playing this guitar in so many different videos available on the web when at the same time he had so many other instruments at his disposition. However, the reliability is a good reason to stick to the "known quantities" I guess. Thanks for sharing! Boris

I found an early photo (c.1993) of me with most of the guitars Ted had prior to going on the Guild spree.  Mostly solid bodies (Teles and Jazzmasters) and Gibsons.

Can anyone tell me which brands/model the acoustic guitar on the right is? Looks like a Martin 00 something... What about the other acoustic in the shot?
