Dear members of Ted Greene forums,

I do not speak English well, please understand.

I sent the following article to 'support@tedgreene.com', but I do not have an answer for a long time and post it here.

I’m big fan of Ted Greene. I am studying with Ted Green’s books, lesson sheets and video.
When I watched Ted Greene’s youtube video, I heard a sound source that was not in the homepage audio category of Ted Greene. (Maybe I could not find it)
It is an intro of almost every lesson video of the YouTube uploader ‘TedGreeneArchieves’
Especially, I would like to listen to the intro recordings of these two video.

The lesson video name is..

* Ted Greene Blues Guitar Lesson - Part 1 ~ Part 12
( example Part 1 0:00 - 0:22
&nbsp[wink]

* Ted Greene Baroque Improv Part1 ~ Part 5
( example Part 1 0:00 - 0:22
&nbsp[wink]

The sound source is cut in every video intro. And that is a piece of music.

I really want to find the full version of this recording.
Please let me know how I can hear these recordings.
(Includes recordings not found on other homepages)

Thank you for reading the not good English.

Hi Swinghand,
I checked with Dan Sindel, the guy who put these video clips together.
He does not recall where he got the intro music.
It surely comes from one of the recordings that is available either in our Audio section: http://www.tedgreene.com/audio/audio.asp
or from one of the video recordings: http://www.tedgreene.com/video/tedgreene_videos.asp

My guess is that it comes from one of his video seminars.
Sorry that I can't be of any more help than that.  I'd have to listen through all of it to find that specific blues piece.
Hope you can find it.

Swinghand,
I can't say for sure that is where the recording is....but that is my best guess.
When you find it please let us all know!
Thanks.

I'd look in the recordings Ted made at home for/with Barbara.  The reverb sound reminds me of those cuts.  However, I too would have to listen to them to find it.

I'm surprised dan sindel doesn't remember.

I'll ask Jeff to look for web snippets left on the server.

In addition, there are wonderful recordings in the intro of several other videos.

The intro of these videos all sound the similar. I am guessing a same recording environment.
It is really wonderful sound.

I do not think these are in the audio section of TedGreene.com.
And it is not found in video either.

It is obviously another recording that is not known.
I could hear the most similar recording environment is in the audio section of TedGreene.com
It is 'Ted Greene Solo Guitar Improvisations August 24, 2001'.

I think there are some jewel-like recordings somewhere.

If you find it can you give them to me? I really want to hear if there are unknown recordings.

I do not know whether my expression is correct because I am not good at English.

Thank you for reading.

Lee,
Any recordings we have of Ted will eventually be posted in either the Audio or the Video section of the tedgreene.com site.
There are some on YouTube that we don't have.

BTW, your English is fine. [smile]
